An honest conversation about what is possible. If a machine shop or a moulder is the right answer, I will find you one.
Plenty of what I get asked about is not a 3D printing job.
Sometimes it needs machining to a tolerance I cannot hold. Sometimes the volume means it should be moulded. Sometimes the material has to be something I cannot print.
I would rather send you to the right place and be the person you call next time than take a job I will do badly. That is not generosity, it is how I intend to still be doing this in five years.
